Visibly Invisible is an annual celebration and cultural movement dedicated to honoring the often-overlooked contributions of Black women and women of color in our communities. Founded by Shalonda Menefee, Visibly Invisible provides a powerful platform for recognizing the resilience, brilliance, and leadership of women whose efforts go unacknowledged, despite their profound impact on society. Through creative cultural expressions, performances, and tributes, this event uplifts and empowers women who are fighting for justice, equality, and the well-being of their families and communities. In a world where these women are too often invisible, Visibly Invisible aims to make them seen, celebrated, and valued for all they do.
