New Initiative SISTAS Restored & Rising Program
About
Restored and Rising:Healing Justice & Wealth Building is a new initiative currently in development by SISTAS Empowerment Corp, an addition to our Visibly Invisible program in response to the continued and compounding harm Black and BIPOC women face in professional environments and in their personal health. This program is designed to confront the long-term impacts of workplace trauma, toxic organizational culture, leadership fatigue, and systemic inequities—while simultaneously addressing the decline in personal health and wealth that results from this pressure.
The goal of this initiative is to equip Black and BIPOC women—and by extension, their families—with the tools and resources to heal, restore energy, and build lasting wealth: emotionally, spiritually, and financially. It centers multigenerational asset-building as a path to liberation.
We want to hear from You
Please complete this confidential survey. This survey is designed to help us better understand the real experiences, needs, and solutions Black and BIPOC women and families are navigating—particularly in the face of workplace harm, burnout, and systemic disinvestment.
We are seeking at least 100 responses from individuals impacted by workplace trauma, discrimination, health-related stress, or financial hardship due to toxic environments. Your voice matters and will directly inform the development of healing and justice-based programming.

Your input will help shape culturally specific resources, services, and advocacy efforts that center Black women and families in Oregon and beyond.
