About the Event: The Visibly Invisible Unsung Sheroes Gala is a signature Women’s History Month event of SISTAS Empowerment Corp., dedicated to honoring the extraordinary contributions of Black women whose voices and achievements often go unrecognized. Over the years, it has become a space for celebration, reflection, and empowerment, highlighting the strength, perseverance, and leadership of Black women who have been the backbone of families, communities, and social movements. Through heartfelt tributes, cultural performances, and community engagement.

This year, we are shifting from recognizing individual women, as we have done in the past, to celebrating and honoring all Women of the Global Majority (Women of Color) in attendance and within our community.  We are expanding our focus to promote solidarity and collective empowerment.
