This program - which is customizable from 2-10 weeks - teaches young people basic home economics skills, such as gardening, cooking, sewing and soap making. It taps into their creative energy but also teaches them how low-cost, recyclable materials can create cost-effective opportunities for self-sustainabiity and possible entrepreneurial endeavors that can sustain them, their families and their community.
